Yoga is a unique resource—it can be moulded to suit the occasion, the interest, the challenge and the goal. Body & Mind School of Yoga offers a variety of workshops, seminars and presentations that work with many of the challenges life throws at us. They can also be custom designed to suit your group's particular needs, interests or areas of focus. The general goal of yoga is wellbeing—mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Our yoga workshops can assist you with:
