Mood Yoga—The Method & The Book
Mood Yoga is a practical guide to finding the path to emotional strength and happiness—a path that reflects your inherent nature (something the Buddha calls bliss). If you feel even slightly better about life after practising Mood Yoga then you have gained something that you didn't have before. Hopefully you will gain something very precious that almost seems lost in our day-to-day existence: contentment. And, if practicing Mood Yoga can give you peace of mind, then you really have everything.
